It’s a little hard to believe we are at the end of September already. October is just around the corner, followed closely by Halloween, Bonfire Night and then C********, (yes – the C word – surely it is too early to think about it isnt it???)
Settling In Well
This time last year our company was literally half the size. Thanks to our early success and development, we have been able to expand our team and bring in fresh, new and talented individuals with a passion for Online Digital Marketing and Website Design.
Frankie Tommy joined New Digital Marketing in March as a ‘Design and Marketing Apprentice.’ Since then, she has been involved in plenty of different projects, including complete new website builds, landing pages creation, blog authoring, logo and branding designs and much more.
Taking her away from the website layout she is currently working on, we ask her about her last 6 months here at NDM:
What Do You Most Enjoy About Working Here?
“I enjoy the creativity of the job. The large variety of clients from different types of businesses means that no two days are the same. I enjoy creating new websites, logos, leaflets, business cards and much more. I also use Adobe programming such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign. I love using these programmes and I could play around with them all day long. Also, the office is great place to work. It is a positive and pleasant environment to come to every day.”
Why Did You Want To Work For NDM?
“I had just finished college and was looking for an apprenticeship in Graphic Design and Marketing. I came across the role of a ‘Design and Marketing Apprentice’ at NDM and it was perfect for me. Starting my first full time job in a new and fresh business was just what I needed, as I could grow alongside the business whilst getting my qualification in Design and Marketing at the same time.”
Looking To The Future
Frankie works closely with Peter Amer, Marketing Director at New Digital Marketing. “Frankie is a real asset to the company. She is so enthusiastic and passionate about what we do. Her Indesign skills are great and she is developing all the time. She creates some great projects for both our clients and us as a company.”
NDM are thrilled Frankie is enjoying her position and we are equally thrilled the company continues to grow, allowing us to expand as a team and business. At least this years Christmas party will be a little louder!
